I have a stupid smart question about the Olympics… Myth Busters proved that the density and viscosity of what you swim in can determine how fast you can swim… Do they check this factor of the pools during each event? If someone breaks a world record.. what if the pool had a different viscosity then the previous Olympic record’s pool? couldn’t this be a major discrepancy with the games?

What about the density of the water in the pool? There could be different minerals in water such as calcium or

Is the variance normally large enough to even matter?

Woot! Finally had some time to transfer all the backups to the new server!
