Sparkfun Pocket AVR Programer
There are several problems I have found with the Sparkfun Pocket AVR Programer.
to fix the power target switch to work as it should i had to cut the trace to the power pin and wire it to vcc

I cut the trace, and soldered as you did. But my power light does not come on.
What is that on JP1? (where the trace was cut)
A Pocket Programer?
Now who would actually put a programmer in a pocket.. and why?
