Midi Fun Board V2.0
Some improvements made and board is now smaller
- Jumper instead of solder bridge to select between Hardware serial and software serial
- filter cap added
- surface mount leds
should I add an on-board ttl serial to usb adapter ?
If you are looking at onboard usb you should look at the at90usb162 which would let you do native usb midi. Better though would be to replace the 168 with an mega32u4 which would give you a single chip design with both serial and usb capabilities for the price of the 328.
